VidFlip

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

By accessing VidFlip (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VidFlip provides an online video format conversion service. Certain features are under development and are marked “launching soon” — waitlist sign-up does not guarantee availability dates.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for media files that:

  • you own, or
  • you are licensed or authorized to convert, or
  • are in the public domain or released under a permissive license.

You may not use the Service to infringe copyright, circumvent access controls, or process unlawful content.

3. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee conversion results, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidFlip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Keep backups of your original files.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
