This Privacy Policy explains what VidFlip collects and why. The short version: we collect as little as possible.

1. Files you convert

Files uploaded for conversion are processed to produce your output file, retained only for the short time needed to complete the conversion, and automatically deleted afterward. VidFlip does not host, publish, or redistribute your media.

2. Analytics

If you accept the cookie banner, we load privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, device type, approximate country). We do not sell personal data or use invasive cross-site tracking. Declining the banner disables analytics.

3. Waitlist email

If you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address solely to notify you when the converter launches. You can ask for deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Data we do not collect

• No accounts or passwords.
• No precise location.
• No contact lists, browsing history outside this site, or device identifiers for advertising.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Email us to exercise these rights.

6. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
